Very good piece of equipment for the money
Very good piece of equipment for the money. Very easy to assemble, and all of the parts were there. Packaging could use some work, the box was in pretty bad shape by the time it got to me and there wasn't much packing material around the product.

You can tone up your back, abs and stomach on this
Works fine for pull ups. Of course you can't swing around un controlled or it will get shifty. Not as solid as my smith machine but no excuses it serves its purpose, pull ups, lower ab workouts and push ups. For the price and the ability to define myself it is a definite 5 stars.
