Primrose Old Fashioned Christmas Mix 1.5 Lb

Not enough peppermints to be real Christmas Candy. Its most all fruit flavors. That's OK for hard candy, but you gotta have the ribbons and the peppermints to qualify for the real stuff. However I will no doubt eat it all up well before Christmas, so there's that.

This photo is not what you will receive. There are no ribbon, no starlight peppermints, and the Holiday candy taste is simply not there. They all taste like the same piece of candy, which is not a good piece of candy. The reds taste no different than the yellow and on and on. They were not stuck together, but this is NOT, I repeat NOT Christmas Candy by no stretch of the imagination. I actually threw out 85% of the container as it made no sense to even continua eating. Just how I remember them from my childhood. Took them to a party and they were a big hit with the little ones. Did not have any of the round peppermints that are in the photo though, so that was a little disappointing.

candy was a complete block by the time it was sent to me and was mixed with other candy flavors. Not real thrilled about that... there were small holes in the bag with allowed air to get in and caused the candy to become a solid block.packaging wasn't very good.

Not bad; just not great. Flavors seemed a bit artificial in some cases. I ate them anyway.

I love this old fashioned candy. Reminds me of going to my grandmas during the holidays. I order a ton of it during that time and then munch on it all year long!

Good, but could be beter.

I bought this candy for the purpose of making a gift for some family members. These were the no-kidding old fashioned candies of bygone days. Exactly what I expected.
