Surprised with the quality of manufacturing compared to the price. Functionally it is very easy to use and perfect for requirement. My father is very ill and bed bound. There are two buttons one to call someone like a door bell and the second one is SOS alarm for emergency. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this for my father to use. Very little in the way of instructions and could not turn off SOS bell without removing battery (and when battery is removed you then have to reset every time). However, he now has the doorbell button round his neck and presses that to call me instead. It works well enough like that so I can't complain.

Does the job effectively. One minor drawback is that as the user of the product has a hearing impairment, they're not usually aware that they've inadvertently pressed the alarm button and woken the whole house.

Construction looks and feels sturdy and build quality looks good. The main unit was very easy to activate except getting the back off is very fiddly but necessary to get to the internal button.Set up instructions are clear to read and relatively straightforward but although I could activate the main unit I could not get the individual units to work. The batteries in those were not wrapped up or blocked by plastic tabs to prevent power strain in storage and I suspect they have been drained of power. I intend to get replacement batteries but in the meantime I have to rate this as disappointing and not working.It may be that there were supposed to be tabs to prevent power drain, it makes sense that there should be, but as there are none in the units supplied to me I think likely that over time power has gradually dropped to nothing.

The media could not be loaded.  Handy 3 in 1 wireless caregiver pager, smart doorbell, SOS call, alarm system.A nice and simple design, all white, each a good compact size. Each feel lightweight but not flimsy.The alarm/motion sensor light/doorbell, is around 9cm x 9cm x 2.5cm. This works really well, the light/motion sensor is good, not too bright. It can go quite loud, you can adjust the volume via the play button on the back. There are 52 individual melodies to choose from, including alarm sounds.When the doorbell alarm is pressed, this will light up flashing blue and play the jingle. When the SOS alarm is pressed, this will flash blue again and the alarm sound will play for 1 minute.The individual alarms, are each roughly 5.5cm x 5.5cm x 1.5cm.It was really quick and easy to set up and pair. Remove the batteries from each device and place them back in the correct way to use. There is a pair button on the back of the doorbell alarm, press this and press the SOS button, they will pair, do the same for the bell alarm.Each of the alarms have wall installation screws which can go on there backs, the alarms can be removed from these. There are double sided sticky tabs too if needed. There is a lanyard and a manual also.I would absolutely recommend this. Very helpful to be able to provide our loved ones with some sort of direct alarm. Even more so if they don't use phones etc. Good for the price, slightly more than I thought it would be but still a handy device.

This door bell and SOS button are way better than I had expected. However the instructions are tiny, almost unreadable and poorly translated into English.However once I had figured out how to take the back off the alarm and noted that the batteries have a plastic cover which needs removing before use things went well with the set up. The alarm and buttons are connected once a small button is pressed. The alarm is loud. I struggled to take off the SOS alarm without taking battery out (pain that as when do have to reconnect). Used for Dad to ask for help as he unable to walk. Keeps button (we use the door bell one rather than SOS as this switches off automatically) round neck using the supplied lanyard. The motion sensor is a good idea in that it lights up if Dad starts to move around at night.Works well.Just need to sort instructions.In box there is 1x Product Manual1x SOS-Button1x Receiver (Motion Sensor Night Light)1x DoorbellBatteries Included

Work brilliantly, although the user instructions were quite unclear, requiring more detail on how to open the battery compartments (slide the mounting brackets to remove, then the battery compartment can be opened).The batteries in the push buttons are shipped upside down to isolate them & need to be flipped over to power up. The batteries in the sounder unit are shipped with a plastic shrink cover, which needs to be removed before re-installing them. Once this is done, it is easy to pair the push buttons with the sounder unit & all works well ~ very easy for elderly patients to understand and operate correctly (we put the blue button on a table adjacent to the bed & the red button on the floor under the table - for use in case of falls)Oh... And you will need a powerful magnifying glass to read the instructions, even with 20/20 vision!
