BEST BCAA- Lift heavy, train for longer, more energy, faster recovery time.
I never train without it! Gives you more energy and faster recovery time. Dilute as preferred- High concentration means for a sweeter flavour and using less powder will give a more mild flavour. I like it sweet but my GF prefers just half a scoop with 500ml. Make sure to drink plenty of water after use. I prefer the kiwi and strawberry flavour but the mango one is ok.

Must drink chilled
Flavour is very nice only when the water is chilled, it disolves very well to and i just use one scoop a day and i can feel the difference in myself after a week of drinking this once a day.

Best Tasting
A hefty serving of BCAAs per serving, and not a bad price at all! I usually find flavour a problem with any EAA/BCAA drink, but the flavour of the Xtend BCAA powder is actually pleasant. Great for mixing in my gallon bottle for the gym with some cyclic dextrin.

A fantastic product, absolutely love the taste and dissolves well when mixed with water, has all the benefits you expect from bcca's and i wouldnt try any other bcca product now.

Great product. Best price so far I have seen for 90 servings. Strawberry and kiwi is the best flavour. Others I find very artificial.

Quality of item not the same as usual.
I buy this product all the time, it is a very refreshing and really nice flavoured bcca, one of the best I've tried, but this recent order tastes like it's been watered down, I can barely taste it, which doesn't feel me with confidence, when I am relying on this to get me through hour and half to two hour gym sessions. I wanted to return it in hopes to get different batch in case it's just a one off, but it won't let me send it back, it's with in the 30 days, very disappointed.

Not Happy.
The flavour is really bad for me, it tastes like a squash drink, if I mix it with milk it's better, but whenever I drink it I feel extreamly drauzy, will not be getting another one.
