Only Coupler Worth A Damn
Does your irrigation system have leaks? Have you been fighting with the junk big box stores sell to join or splice flex poly or PVC for irrigation? Found that even double crimp clamps and tape still are not enough to stop certain blue and other couplers from leaking? This coupler is so much easier and DOES NOT LEAK. Don't bother with anything else, this thing is absurdly better than cheaper couplers (and easier).

Easy to use
Easy to use. I don't have great grip strength and these are easy to get on securely. I've tried others from Home Depot, and they always leaked. It has only been a couple of weeks, but these seem solid in fixing my irrigation system.

My honest review
If you read this review it can probably save you tons of time. My mistake is your valuable lesson. I tried 2 other types of couplings. (See the picture)Leaked, leaked, leaked and end up angry. Then this one was so easy to put on , No leak and done. Don’t make my mistake. Spend a little more and sleep well.

On time
Product arrived on time. Just wasn't exactly what I thought I needed but product itself seemed like it was good quality.

What a great design that works with LITTLE effort!
I bought this with some others because I was dealing with some odd and minor differences in products with backyard watering. This was the only product that went in to the main lines with ease and then the blue screw down caps. These were quick and held water tight. Others were difficult or would not screw down well. Basically when I need a product like this, this is the one I will buy every time.

Leak-tight, works
This is a great option for repairing a ruptured 1" polyethylene irrigation tube. The screw-on connectors get nice and tight and the assembly doesn't leak. Just a word of caution: look closely at the coupling and you will see that each end has hose barbs. You have to push the tube all the way to the last stop. If you partially insert the coupling into the tube, the screw-on connectors won't "bite". I didn't realize this and cut out a section of tubing that was too large, so I had to get a second coupling and repair it with some extra tubing. Look carefully and measure twice! It also helps to have some tubing cutters to make a nice clean cut. I have ratcheting tubing cutters that I got for PVC pipe; they are more or less useless for PVC because PVC is too brittle and thick to get a clean cut without distorting or breaking the pipe. But they are perfect for polyethylene tubing.

Awesome! Easy! Used for underground 1" Sprinkler pipe repair
I got tired of paying $100 for underground sprinkler repairs so I tried this and after reading other customer reviews noted the following are important:- Cut your underground poly pipe with a Ratcheting pipe cutter to make the cuts smoothly - I bought a Bates- When installing you must push each end into the underground pipe up to the 3rd barb so it holds properly- Dig more out around the cut so you can move the underground pipe to fit this piece on- Be careful not to cut too much pipe off when you measure to the 3rd barb on each end
