You get what you paid for.
Okay, so I can see where people were complaining about it being 'lumpy'. You're essentially putting your towels, blankets, stuffies, etc into a "bag", zipping it up, then sitting on it. It's basically like using your laundry bag as a chair. And for under 30 bucks? Well, you get what you paid for.However (and it's lumpy for me, too, but that's not really a complaint) the fabric is to DIE FOR. The material is like velour - soft, comfortable. I don't want to put it down or stop touching it, it's amazing. That alone negates all other concerns, and may even prompt me to buy another one, although I had so much room in the first one, that I wouldn't know what to put in the second. Maybe I'd just buy a bag of stuffing at the store and fill it with that. I don't know. Anyway.Hands down, this is an amazing solution for those messy kids' rooms, too many stuffies (are there ever too many stuffies?) and clearing out general clutter. I will definitely buy from these guys again.P.S. I am not a huge fan of the colour pink, but the colour they chose for this product, as well as the softness level? I may actually come to love the pink one, just saying.

huge disappointment
I ordered 2 for my granddaughters who are visiting on spring break and was very disappointed.i feel the ad was misleading by even mentioning the word bean bag.guess I should have read the questions asked.its advertised as a bean bag stuffed animal storage so my impression was that it was a bean bag chair with a zippered compartment for stuffed animals.its just a zippered bag,and the whole concept is dumb in my opinion.even if used for stuffed animals,you would have to have nearly 75 to even stuff it,and would have to dump them all out in order for child to find the particular one they want to play with.and as far as sitting or laying on it,i would think it would be a big lumpy uncomfortable sitting chair.nothing like the little girl in the pic who looks so comfy.i considered buying the actual bean bag filler stuff but figured why should I when I already invested 30 on each.im returning the 2 and hoping refund comes in time to replace them with other gifts for my grandbabies.ive been happy with my amazon items,until now,and this one gets a zero from me.oops a 1 I guess,cause it doesn't allow me to rate it a zero

Great Product!
This is made of super soft material and is very large, we were able to fit my daughters extensive stuffed animal collection in it and finally give her room an organized look without having to make her pick and choose which animals she wanted to keep and which ones had to get tossed.

Soft and Big
My daughter loves her new bean bag. It's huge and we were able to fit all of her stuff animals and some blankets and there is still room. I plan to add her sleeping bag in there to make it more even. We are really happy with the quality. It seems durable and it's really soft. My daughter is 9 and she can curl up on it and almost be able to sleep on it. It's a really good buy!

Great quality
The bag does what it’s supposed to do and holds a ton of stuffed animals. It’s great quality, very soft and plush. I only wish the bag was a little padded so when using it as an actual bean bag it wouldn’t be so lumpy as you can fill all the stuffed animals in the bag. We added a sleeping bag to help even it out a bit.
