Delivery: It's commendable as the item arrived a day before the estimated arrival date. However, it should have been better if there's a way to track the item.The box was painted with a natural varnish colour which my wife loves. I think, it was a very bright idea of just painting the exterior and keeping the interior unpainted and raw. This could actually keep your tea's original flavour without jeopardising the taste due to paint. This is two thumbs up for me.The compartments are actually good enough to hold your typical/normal tea envelopes but a bit small for bigger ones. On the other hand, the compartments can actually be removed and adjusted based on your needs or used of the box.The cover doesn't open 90 degrees though (probably only about 75 - 80 degrees) but the cover stays and doesn't fall so that should be okay.The hinges and clasp are actually good and looks durable -- so, I think it could last and would not wear that easily even you open and close the cover frequently.The box was also very light but you can easily tell that it's not sturdy. Only my assumption (haven't proven yet) but I think it could easily break if it falls, so be careful.
