Five Little Monkeys 5-Minute Stories (A Five Little Monkeys Story)

When my daughter was little, she loved the 5 little monkeys story.Now I am reading the story to my grandson. This book contains more than just the original story as there are 7 more stories in the book. The book is nicely illustrated.

My grandson LOVES THIS BOOK.

We bought this for our son, who has developmental delay (no specific diagnosis) and has been in speech therapy. We have been looking for things to home school him preschool since he can't start now because of the pandemic. This is one of the best tools I think we purchased. He already had the original "5 Monkeys Jumping on the Bed" book in a board book and I wanted more stories. This one was the best value, for sure! The individual books would have cost A LOT more than buying them altogether in this one book. I love that the stories are 5 minutes also. We usually read two at a time. I count the monkeys in each story and it's helping my son with counting. One of the stories also has monkeys hiding on the pages and I ask my son to help me find them, which engages him in the story and makes it more fun for both of us. Highly recommend this book!

The kids really enjoy the board book "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed", so we got this compilation of stories. It includes the jumping on the bed story and 7 others. Great, colorful illustrations, and fun, short stories. Some stories rhyme and others do not. Great gift idea for kids!

I'm VERY IMPRESSED by the Quality for the low price I paid for it. I sing this song with My almost 2 year old Nephew all the time & when I seen it I Had to buy it for Him for Christmas!!!

This is our second copy as the first was loved to pieces. Kiddos love the stories and while it's a bit repetitive, it does add more so you don't feel like you're reading, "see Spot run" (which is great if your kiddos are like mine and love rereading stories on a regular basis).

This book is VERY affordable, but paired with the monkeys (sold separately) the gift all together is great!!!Adorable book with cute, short stories and the monkeys (a bit pricey, but along with the book a reasonable deal) to act out during story time. PERFECT. Bought for my grandchildren and great niece. VERY HAPPY!

Still being asked to read it several times a week a year after receiving it by both a 3 and 6 year old. Good strong cover.

3歳半の息子と一緒に読むために購入しました。ペーパーバックのほうが軽く薄く読みやすいとは思いますが、お値段を比較すると、この1冊に全8話分がまとまっているタイプが非常にコスパが良かったので購入しました。そのぶん厚く大きめでずっしりとしていますが、家で膝やクッションに乗せて読み聞かせるのには十分アリかなと思います。寝る前に横になって上に持ち上げて読むには、腕が疲れるかもしれません笑ストーリーに反復性があって面白いようで、息子の食いつきもよく、何度も繰り返し読んでと言われます。少しシニカルだったり、とんちが聞いた内容もありますし、さらに年齢が上がっても自分で読みながら楽しめそうです。私は、はじめの2話の絵のタッチが、手書き風なのがとても可愛く気に入っています。だんだん作者の方の絵のタッチが変わっていくのもわかります。

My daughter loves these books, can't wait for Christmas until I can give it to her!
