Excellent cheatsheet for a CEO. Sounds simple, but depth of wisdom is expounded in simple to follow rules without mincing too many words and theories. Read it, practice it and write your own rules from here.

I had the chance to meet Jim at a TEC presentation in Hamilton, this past October - excellent presentation, and prompted me to buy his book... I greatly appreciate his no-nonsense approach to laying out an executive agenda that will work for any business... If you're a leader, and don't have a standardized process for managing KPI's and team-oriented communication, then you need this book... If you do have these things in place, read the book anyway to make sure you're not missing any blindspots...
