This absolutely worked for me. Everyday wine drinker. Absolutely I don't know why. I started taking and carried on with my usual wine at dinner but then I just stopped wanting to drink more. I don't know if it's just a placebo effect or not, but I am definitely drinking less when I take one of these.It is subtle though, and it is not a sure thing, but where I might usually end up drinking 6 glasses of something, I now find myself drinking 4. Yes yes I know, still a lot, but even so, it makes a difference over all.So yeah, pleasantly surprised. Will buy more.
