I got this product on a cash back rebate. I have it 4 stars because the wax is very thin. I will be buying a better wax for it. Great wax warmer. Easy to use. Has a nice color for blending in with any decor. The wax does not break. The wax gets every hair. You could possibly burn yourself if you don't know what your doing. I suggest looking up a couple of videos. This will save you lots of money and time. It came with everything shown, I would recommend buying this product for anyone who wants a good wax. I used it on my whole face only.

I bought this Lavany inteligente wax warmer that includes 4 100grams bags of wax. My review on this item is pretty good. The machines highest degree is 259 F. It quickly heats up really fast. The wax takes a while to melt but it’s always stays warm. A package of 10 applicator sticks is included. This wax warmer works automatically and it’s easy to use. The cable connector is very thick and about 3 ft long. The material is made from plastic so you need to be careful. The pot is removable and it’s about 3 x 3 inches. This is a complete set of your planing on purchasing. In my opinion if your planing to buy this one, it’s a great choice.

I usually don't write reviews but here's a start. So, the warmer was super cute; I got the "intelligent" warmer. The warmer showed up the next day with prime delivery. Both the amazon box and product box were undamaged. I read the instructions, adjusted heating settings accordingly, and began heating my wax beads excitedly. I applied to my upper legs and barely got any hair ripped off. I was applying to my finer thigh hair but.. nothing changed. I tried letting it sit longer but it didn't help anything. After about 10 minutes... the machine stopped working. I tried unplugging. I waited 30 minutes. I even reset my breaker box thinking the issue was the outlet. Unfortunately the machine just wasn't turning on or heating up. Thankfully, Amazon helped with setting up a refund. I never return things, it is my first returned item but I honestly was so excited for it. I'm bummed it didn't work out but it looks like the other wax machine option has been way better than the one I chose. I'm going to try a local beauty shop for a wax machine to avoid any more return troubles but good luck to everyone with their machine. Not sure if the first wax machine option is worse off or if mine was faulty but.. 2 stars for my experience with this machine. Sorry.

I have used this item twice.Overall it is a good product but could use some work. The electronic product itself is very nice. If you are into aesthetics then you will like the look of this product.Recommendation: improve the wax formula. The wax is okay. it is not the best;. it is not very thick and sometimes gets stringy(same as glue gun texture).For reference point I have fine hair, personally I think it will be better for people with course hair.Removes about 95% of my (fine) hair.one bag of wax removed 1/2 of my leg hairs.

I’ve had this warmer for about a year or so and I use it for all my waxing needs. It heats evenly and beeps(like a microwave) to let me know when I can use it. I wait about 15 minutes after the beep to begin so the consistency of the wax is like honey and so I won’t burn my skin. The beads that came with the product also worked well. I used baby powder so it wouldn't be too harsh on my skin.

Hard to clean up, but overall works well

I bought this for home use, and I have found that it does not set as easily as it claims to. It also beeps while you set it which is annoying and too loud. Once its on it melts the melt really well. However, the wax is horrible. The wax is super cheap and does not work well at all. It doesn't grab all the hair.

The included wax beans are for use on areas such as your legs, back, chest, or bikini area but should not be used on delicate skin like your face. You can fit the canned wax in the warmer so getting wax for your lip or brow isn’t a problem. It is appropriately priced for the value.
