Outsidepride 100 Seeds Perennial Pennisetum Alopecuroides Fountain Ornamental Grass Seed for Planting

I could not find any Fountain Grass in any of the local nurseries. So I choose to start from seed. I have used Outsidepride seeds before and was happy with the results. Once these arrived, I sowed about 3 seeds in each potting cell, total 10 cells. Not all germinated, But that was expected. I only want few plants, so I will just keep re-sowing until I get the plants I want. They do grow slow for grass. Time will tell

I started the seeds in April and I just now have plants popping up. Not all germinated but that’s too be expected. Right now over half germinated.

I was able to germinate 8 big pots of fountain grass—then I found out how much the squirrels like to play or eat the tender shoots and I lost four pots, but I would recommend the seed it grew quite nicely!

Update,: I waited two weeks for a response from the seller sending them emails requesting refund no response at all! Amazon was nice enough to refund me. I will never order from the seller again !Seeds did not grow! Some reviews were bad so we’re good, but I should’ve listen to the bad ones. I emailed the company for a refund but of course no response. I wasted my money will not order from this company ever again. I was very excited to try to grow my own fountain grass.

This ornamental grass was easy to start growing indoors with sprouts starting after less then a week. Planted outdoors (12 baby grasses) after frost danger passed, and they are flourishing here in the Midwest!! Will continue to buy from this company!
