Accommodates the oversize rolls nicely
Easy to install. Looks good. double sided spring roller is a plus, but mainly it accommodates the oversize rolls as advertised.

Well made, high quality TP holder. In person, in a physical store, I would have chosen this item.
I bought the brushed nickel version 10 months ago for one of our bathrooms, and I'm very happy with it. The spring loaded bar makes it easy to change to a new roll one-handed, but it has enough tension that it has never popped out unintentionally. The frame and the center bar of the holder I received are all metal (which is interesting because another review mentions a plastic center bar; I double checked and the one we have has an all-metal construction with springs at either end. I hope the design hasn't changed recently!)After 10 months of regular use it still appears brand new - no scratches, signs of rust, etc. I'm buying a couple more now, to replace the old tp holders in our other bathrooms, as well.I'm often disappointed by the quality of materials or manufacturing when I buy so-called durable goods online, and can't evaluate the item in person. Not this time. I'm really glad I chose this roll holder, and would definitely recommend it.

Pretty Good
Looks nice; fits as expected... it does, kind of, have a weird texture... it’s partially a sound thing too... squeaky metal, maybe? Also, when I changed the tp roll, the side holder did bend quite a bit by putting so much pressure on it... worries me, so, now I hold it secure when I swap the tp roll. On the bright side, it does allow room for the big rolls of tp!

The answer to the invasion of the MEGA rolls
Suddenly everyone's on the bandwagon to sell MEGA rolls. They are Everywhere! I'm O.K. with that, except on the in-wall toilet paper holders, the big, fat rolls get jammed up and are hard to dispense when they're stuffed into the older fixtures. We have a really compact bathroom in our bedroom, so there's no room for other holder solutions. The plus on this holder is that the arms holding the roller are longer, and the MEGA rolls turn easily even when they are new.The installation was straightforward and it fit into the same hole the old one came out of. Tighten two screws, and it's done. The fixture is heavy gauge metal and the finish on both the polished chrome and brushed nickel plated versions is very good. I bought two because the wall mount in the larger bathroom also needed the upgrade. They've been in place for 7 months now, and still look like new.

Super easy install and looks great. Make a smaller hole than shown.
This is about the easiest DIY installation I’ve come across. My downstairs bathroom is annoyingly small, and I had one of those silly freestanding metal wire toilet paper roll holders. I hated that thing! I knocked it over all the time and those things just are not at all classy. I couldn’t install a typical wall mounted roll dispenser because the only wall room that I had available was behind the door. The rolls would’ve all gotten squashed every time someone opened the door to go in, and we all know that you just can’t get a useable length of toilet paper off of a square toilet paper roll. I’d either have to re-round by hand(again, not classy) or settle for little strips because it’s just going to rip every time another corner comes around.I looked at like 40+ in-wall dispensers and picked this one because of the price, reviews and the simple instructions. It was super easy to install, it looks really nice and the door doesn’t hit the roll. I use the big giant Charmin rolls and don’t have any problems. It rubs only slightly on the first few turns of a new roll, but it doesn’t even slow the rotation or rip the paper. My advice for installation is this. Sit on your toilet before selecting a location, make sure you and every size guest can reach the location, but also that it’s not so close that you’d need to be double jointed to get to it. Also, I transferred the dimensional cutout line from the instructions onto a piece of cardboard so it would be easier to put a level on it. I made the cardboard 1/4” smaller on all 4 sides than the outline in the directions because you don’t need to cut it as big as the outline. The more wall material that you leave for the back clamp to grab, the better. It’s worth the buy. Good luck!

Wouldn't Buy Again
The roller doesn't compress far enough to easily remove it from the holder. Had to use tools to get it out. Not something you want to do everytime you need to put in a new roll of toilet paper. I replaced the roller that came with the unit with a standard one and that worked.

The holder body and bracket are nice, but the center roll holder is unacceptable
This holder has good looks, is the right size, and is easy to install. However, the center roller which holds the paper roll, has the most disappointingly exasperating mechanical design I have ever encountered. And because the assembly is pressed and sealed, there is no way to adjust it or cleanly modify it.The projecting, spring activated, end tips bind and jamb against the edges of the holes in the outer cylindrical body that houses them.Or the tips get pushed completely inside the housing and stick there and must be prodded and pushed about to get them to come back out.Inside the center housing, the spring that pushes the end tips outward is far too strong and can easily cause fingers to get pinched. Two of these holders were purchased and both have the same problem, one being worse because the end pieces project slightly further outward.Getting these holders installed quickly was a necessity.Otherwise they would have been repackaged and quickly returned. After considerable modification, which shows only at the center of the roll holder when the roll is removed, the holders are now in use and still look decent.I would not purchase any others.
