I like them.
It won't make you feel any different, but it's a good way to get zinc, naturally, without creating any copper deficiencies. I've noticed my hair and my nails look better when I take this, and I recover quickly from hard work.

Raw oyster are better
I was under the impression that taking concentrated pills of oyster meat would be more effective, it could be the product and brand , but i feel more the effect by eating raw oysters! I will not buy this product again extremely disappointed

Pre-opened when I got it?
I have used this product many times & loved it. This time I noticed the lid was taped on with masking tape & when I opened it, it didn’t have that part you rip off when it’s new. I emailed the company, but I haven’t had a response and it’s been awhile. My children take this, too, so it’s discomforting.
