I received my stainless steel Dope straw kit which arrive on time and actually a day or two earlier which was a treat. They set is as described. I really love, love, love and more love my straw set which comes with two and a super sleek and sophisticated looking case. I use my straws every day and the carrying case looks gorgeous and fits perfectly in my work bag and purse for on the go usage. The straws are long enough for my 22 oz Coffee Thermo. I can drink hot or Cold liquids without discomfort of burn or frost bit lips. The feel of the straws on my lips are so smooth and the width is very comfortable. The width is wide enough for my fine blended fruit smoothie. My kit have a brush which make cleaning of the straws a breeze on the inside. Im very happy and these things are SIMPLY DOPE!! I will for sure look more into this company and see what other items they carry and purchase more straws when needed. I will recommend this product and company to my friends. Great quality and they follow up after you receive your items to make sure you are happy and if there is anything that can do to make service or product better, in which my product came perfect for me. I have been using this straw for several months now. I wanted a reusable straw to decrease my carbon footprint (what ever you can do to decrease plastic counts). I tried other straws. A collapsible one didn't seem wide enough for some of the smoothies I drank and it didn't seen like I it was clean enough. Another straw I tried was too long. Simply Dope was perfect. It's wide enough for all my drinks. You can clean it easily. The metal case is water proof so if you don't have time to clean the straw or the facilities, you can just put it in the case and clean it later. Case is also easy to clean. It's the perfect size - long enough for a Grande drink at Starbucks and small enough to fit in my pocketbook. It's always with me. The stainless steel at the ends of the straw are curve so it doesn't scratch your mouth like other straws I tried. When you drink frozen drinks, the stainless steel is cool and frosty on your mouth (nice perk).

I don't use straws at home but I like them at restaurants. I went to a restaurant a few weeks ago that uses stainless steel straws and loved the idea, so I bought this set to keep in my purse as needed. They work great and don't get soggy like paper straws or pretend to be compatible like other new "plant-derived plastic" straws claim. Plus they are super easy to clean.What I didn't know is that they are quite the conversation starter! We busted these out at a local lunch cafe that stopped supplying straws in the last couple of months and the wait staff was impressed. Several servers came over to check them out after the person filling water glasses asked about them. A family at a nearby table stopped to ask about them on their way out.These straws will make you more popular! :-)

Every other set of reusable straws seems to come in a case that's not easily washable or otherwise doesn't travel well. So I was happy to see this set. It's a good idea, and I hope it catches on. This is why I purchased this one....and it's why I hate to have to give it a mixed review.The straws are fine, very good even. But on the first wash in the dishwasher, the case itself became streaked and discolored. And the bottom plug (which I removed to allow water to flow through the tube) swelled so it can't be put back in. I wouldn't advertise the case as 'dishwasher safe.'If I can figure a way to fix that latter problem, I'll live with the messed up case -- if it's functional, I don't much care about its looks. The straws seem durable and like they're of high-quality.In sum: Purchase these, but maybe just hand-wash the case to be safe.

After comparing straw/case options, I decided to purchase this set. Fabric and wood cases didn't appeal due to moisture concerns after using the straw and before being able to air out the case; stainless steel is more durable than plastic.In addition to being stainless steel, this case has removable top and bottom stoppers allowing for complete drying after washing.While the set is not compact in length, it is compact in that it encapsulates the two straws and cleaner without taking up more space. Shorter straws/cases might fit better in smaller purses/totes, but these longer straws are useful in different size drinks.There are so many options, and some are cheaper, but for the reasons I've given, I'm happy with this product.

The straws and case are sturdy and very nice. Having the cleaner included helps with foreign matter which may have gotten clogged in the straw. The only disappointment is the length. Most times, I use a smaller purse and the length of the straw case is too long for the purse which prevents taking it with me. With the exception of the case length, I would have given it 5 stars.

I have been looking for a reusable straw like this for months now. I take this with me everywhere now! It's easy to clean and extremely sturdy. It's also non toxic and BPA free. They come with a cleaning brush, which I wasn't expecting either. I would 100% recommend this to all of my friends and family. Thank you for this amazing product!!!

These are great straw easy to carry in its own case for boba or shakes anytime. Comes with a brush for easy cleaning.Never to early to shop for Christmas will make great stocking stuffers. Highly recommend this product.
