Too long therefore useless
Was bought to replace the bulb in the picture. Is much longer and therefore does not fit inside the lava lamp . I have no use for these bulbs.

NOT suitable for Mathmos Lava lamps!!
I bought these bulbs as replacements for my Mathmos lava lamp. However they are too tall and don’t allow the bowl of the glass lamp to sit in its cup again, despite the advert saying they’re suitable for lava lamps. They may fit others but DO NOT BUY FOR MATHMOS LAMPS!

Bulbs do not fit lava lamps properly
The bulbs advertised as suitable replacements for a lava lamp are about 12mm too tall and will not allow the glass part of the lava lamp to fit properly.

Too tall for our lava lamp
Took a long time to arrive and then bulb measured taller than our others, so couldn’t use in kids lava lamps :(
