Smoker Bricx Bourbon Infused BBQ Smoking Chunks 32oz, 3 Pack - American Oak, Black Cherry, and Hickory

These tiny bricks had so much additional flavor to my BBQ, it's astonishing. I drop a few of these in with my charcoal, cherry (beef) or apple (pork) wood, and a small bit of mesquite and the multiple layers of flavor that you get will make your taste buds SING. The guys who make Smoker Bricx are GENIUSES!

I really enjoy them on my gas grill, adds a nice smokey punch to whatever you are cooking. Too expensive for the smoker though.

We had previously purchased the Hickory Bricx and loved them. Great flavor and the no fuss/pre-soaked bricx are ideal for our busy schedules.We decided to order the sampler pack and are very disappointed. The outside shipping box was not damaged. Two of the 3 Bricx containers (see pic) were completely open. The plastic seal on the outside was broken, the lids were damaged, and the foil seal on the inside was more than half removed. Extremely poor quality control! Due to WFH, I don't have access to a printer right now to return the product.

Great smoky flavor added to the baby back ribs

The Smoker Bricx impart a nice whiskey flavor into whatever is being smoked. It's the only thing I use in my smoker. My personal favorite is using them on Ribs. Use an easy rub of salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder and let the smoke go to work. No pre-soaking required. Open and enjoy.
