Nice machine
This is my first time using one of these devices although I have seen others use devices like them. The capsule machine is well built and the quality of materials that went into it are very apparent. This is a well built device.I read the reviews and saw the biggest complaint was the lack of instructions that came with the unit. The recommendation was to find the instructional videos on YouTube and follow their lead. There are any number of videos out there that use what looks like the same device but are different colors and different manufacturer names. I never found a video that specifically showed the VANGOODS capsule machine but rather several other identical looking machines with different videos.First time use was an experience I'm not looking forward to repeating very often. No where in any video or review was it mentioned the biggest problem with these units as a whole I'm sure. Static Electricity. If you try these in a drier environment be prepared for capsules sticking to each other and anything else they may contact. Same with whatever you are filling the capsules with. I used powdered Moringa for my first batch and the powder would stick to everything it came into contact with.I won't fault the manufacturer of the machine or the process of filling your own capsules with whatever but be forewarned that using these devices is not as easy as they make it out to be. You may want to reconsider any cost savings and buy the filled capsules and enjoy.

Very nice quality
Unboxed the item and noticed that the packaging was very simple, but adequate. The unit seems to be made with quality in mind. It doesn't feel cheap. The only thing is you will need to attach the handle using a phillips screwdriver. This is very easy. You can find a video on YouTube showing how to do this if you're confused. Overall I'm very pleased with the product.

I did not like that no instructions came with product or any reference to checking YouTube video. Otherwise, am happy with product and will get lots of use out of.

Im happy with the quality of the pill filler & packaging. Simply attach the handle with two screws and you're all set. Additionally, there are plenty of helpful YouTube videos to help those who need a visual like myself.

Easy to use and good quality!
Recently, I got this product to fill my empty capsules with cranberry powder! This product was so convenient to bring around while I travel. It's easy to use and clean. There was no instruction manual, but I easily found a video on youtube for that.I have always done it by hand, but it was time consuming and messy so I wanted to find a product to help me fill my capsules quick and efficiently. I have never used anything like this before so I was a bit afraid, but after purchasing I am satisfied with this product.
