I have a 7 month old Westie who barks at everything! I put the collar on sound an vibrate on high and 24hrs later no barking!!

The quality of the device appears to be fine, but it's just a piece of junk in functionality. There's a setting for the sensitivity of the collar. On the H (high) setting, it's so sensitive, it goes off when he or I touch the collar. On the M (medium) setting, it doesn't work at all, even when he's barking up a storm. He's a german shepherd with a deep dark.

For the first 5 weeks the collar worked as advertised and was very effective in accurately synching with our dogs barking. And then it simply stopped working. Charges. All indicator lights and the L/M/High settings, and the on/off work as if the collar were still in full working condition but when the dog barks nothing. The collar is the same tightness, the fur on our dog the same length (kept it trimmed weekly once we had first calibrated). In short, based on our experience as well as similar negative reviews from other customers I would not purchase this collar. There are collars for around $35 with slightly more functionality with nearly 5-star reviews from more than 1,000 happy customers. On the other hand, if you only need your dog to stop barking, say, for a few weeks then would like your pet to please resume its incessant barking, well, then this is the collar for you. Were this sold as a "Mission Impossible" or under the brand "Beyond Planned Obsolescence" or perhaps "Great While It Lasts and That Isn't Very Long So Don't Get Used to the Peace & Quiet" for the low, low price of $5 I'd consider it. Probably should come with a "Beat the No Quality Control Clock: How to Train Your Dog with the Collar Before You Have to Order 5 More." The upside of the experience: it's the first time we've used a bark collar and in those first days we learned what, well, we could have learned in reading a paragraph online for free but, still, I'm trying to think of something positive. Not about the company. They suck. But just the experience of being ripped off. Here it is: I've been cheated by worse for more money than $20. Now I'm depressed. Don't buy this collar. It causes severe depression:) :) :)

It worked fine when we first got it. When my husband took it off to adjust the collar it hasn’t worked right since. It occasionally works when my dog barks. It also goes off when he is not barking as well.

Could not get my unit to work. I'm disappointed and have it ready to return. I've purchased many over the years and this one is an upgrade over the ones I've purchased in the past but I couldn't get it to work. I'm disappointed and won't buy again.

This collar does not work at all. My dog keeps going it beeps but no correction. He barks right through it. I thought it would be better than other collars except it's the worse.

I did not receive a manual on how to set up this dog collar. Online it states that there are two sets of plastic probes I did not receive any.

Got the collar back on in late December 2018. It worked pretty decent for the first month and a half and now it has just stopped beeping buzzing etc. we have fully charged the device several times with no success. We are very disappointed in this product what a waste of money.
