I always want to buy a electric bike, but I don't like the regular bike until I see this small bike, it's so cute and special.I worked on many electric bike, all need a few hundred dollar, this one is cheaper relativbely.when I get it, it is better than what I thought. I talk a few points about this bike.1,bike was looked small, but actually it's enough for me, I am 200lb, 6 ft, if too much tall, I think it will not match.2, speed is very fast, I can fell the wind strongly in my face when I ride it. my brother can not catch up with me.3, all body is used metal, stable and strong as a adult bike, equipped disc brake and damping system, very comfortable when go through the road.4, the head can be folded and put in trunk, but heavy for girl.I check my bike very carefully, no issue, everything works, I will continue to update if I have question.

I gave this 4 stars based on the customer service mostly and partly because of the scooter. The scooter is solid, easy setup when it arrives and it is extremely easy to use. It wouldn’t charge though. Let me explain. I’m a middle aged man who is a stroke survivor and this was my first transportation vehicle I was exploring. When it first got here it was fully charged but I was scared of it so it sat in the garage. When I finally worked up the nerve it was a whole month later. Over the course of two weeks I finally ran the battery down but where you plug it in was broken. Easily fixed. Customer services was extremely helpful. Give them a try.

The package arrived in good time and I was so stoked to get this scooter. I opened the box and I noticed things were just thrown in there. Small empty boxes with nothing in them. Random parts that I had no clue where they went. No instructions and no on line help. Back breaks do not work and I can tell someone owned this already since the screws for the breaks were stripped all to hell. Tried to contact seller but nothing yet. It's to heavy to return and I'm pissed off like crazy! Now in out 400.00 plus dollars and have a piece of crap scooter that I hauled up 4 flights of stairs! Lame!PsCall me captain obvious but do you see what I see in one of my photos? I believe a shoe print has magically formed when I never sat or took it for a ride. Must have been my dog.

I bought this scooter because the battery on my previous (2016 model) electric scooter was starting to die on me. I decided to go with this one because I need to use it to and from work. I only work 1.5 miles from home so it's a very fast trip. I'm usually home within 10 minutes. I love how this scooter comes with keys for the ignition. That's a very cute touch. When I took this out of the box, the rear brakes weren't connected properly. My husband fixed it up within a minute and starting riding it around the block. (refer to the attached video of him trying to balance on his very first try) Overall, I feel like this is the perfect size for me. However, he looks a little silly on it. Battery life is great. I only have to charge it every few days. When folded, it fits snugly in the trunk of my compact car. It's perfect for the times when I need to go somewhere and parking is hard to find. I'm liking my new toy!

Fresh out of the box the product did not tighten enough for me to secure the handle bar, also the vehicle is a bit to small for someone who is 6 foot tall, this isn't and adult scooter as advertised more like something for teenagers, I requested a refund and customer service seems to debate me rather than agreeing with my request which was a little annoying.

I really like this scooter coming with a small headlight and brake light, it also has front and rear disk brakes. It didn't come with rear view mirrors which I bought on Amazon, and the front basket I got from Walmart.

I am not very mechanical. Out of the box, the rear brake didn't work. I called, emailed and the only response I got was a promotional video that didn't even address my issue. I was going to send it back, but it is heavy and can't even imagine packing the scooter back into the box. Came up with a mickey mouse solution, putting a thick washer on the brake pedal. I hope this helps someone. The scooter is fast and fun.

I received this scooter two week a ago. That’s for my son 14th year gift. He love it a lot and play it whole day. Super easy to installation and the battery is last more than 4 hours which make me surprise for that. His friend want to get same one as well.
