I have itchy and puffy eyes due to allergies and my doctor recommended a cool compress. I had an old cooling eye mask that didn't work well because it wasn't flexible enough. This one is nicely flexible and the cute cover is a bonus. It does lose its cool pretty quickly because it is quite thin, but if it were thicker I don't think it would conform to my eyes as well. I keep it in the refrigerator and place the cooling insert over my eyes, then use the cat mask to hold it in place over my eyes. It is cooler that way. I haven't tried it in the freezer; the directions say it's not recommended.

I got my mask with a minor damage to the gel pack, not sure if it will leak when heated. I like how it looks overall but the quality is mediocre. I don’t wanna be negative before I use it.

I really like this. I have never had an eye mask before, so this was my first one. I am happy to have gotten two different masks, each with their own gel pack. My only complaint is that when the gel pack is in the mask, there is too much pressure on my eyes and it's not as comfortable. I have been using it without the gel pack and really enjoy it.

So cute, and perfect for someone that works overnights like me. Completely blocks out light, and I love the little gel thing inside. I keep it in the fridge and put that inside the mask when my eyes are irritated. I even use it without the mask sometimes. It really helps my bags

I’m conflicted. It feels so good when 1st putting it on.. (comfortable, soothing) but I find myself having to remove during the night because it retains heat & makes my eyes sweat, which is weird. If it had maybe a different material inside that covers the eyes it wouldn’t do that possibly..? Idk.

It's a "cooling" mask so it's not "warm"..it is soft and easy to wear...no tangles here with fine hair-slips a little by dawn but still good stuff. Does what it's supposed to and looks "awesome" doing it. arrived very fast.. no hassles. =Q^Q=

This thing blocks out all the light even during the day. It has super soft fabric and a comfortable strap! The gel insert stays cool for a couple hours, but you can jazz it up by freezing it or refrigerate it. The cat design is also adorable

This is soo flippin cute. I got it for my husband and I love seeing him use it. The gel pack is sturdy and doesn't leak. The straps are adjustable so it's comfortable for any size head. It's soft and relaxing. I only wish they has the white cat one available too, I'd love to get it for me.
