Works as expected
Product was installed in a truck for charging a laptop computer, works well for this application seems safe so far, fan is a bit loud but at least you know its working, after testing the unit the rated power is for peak power not for continuous use. I would derate it by 30% for continuous use.

Didn’t work for me.
Did not work for what I wanted to use it for, which was for my daughters bottle warmer during travel. It does have enough volts to run the bottle warmer so not sure why it doesn’t work.

You can always use a extra usb.
Works great I use it for charging my scooter battery in the truck when I driving. I have a 300 W but the extra 200 watts make a big difference

Not worth it
This is not a 500W unit. I tried running 142W on it but it was having none of that. Returning and getting a more powerful and higher quality unit

Works great. I have had zero issues.
I bought this so I could run a 110v air pump to blow up air mattresses when camping with the family. The smaller (200 watt?) inverter I had would blow fuses if I attempted to run the pump off of it. I have also used to to power an electric drill when doing some car repairs away from an electrical source. I have only ever connected this to a battery with the clips, as this much power out of my Subaru's 12v plugs would certainly blow a fuse. The price is good, it is a durable product, and it has worked great.
