Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Kefir, 24 oz.

Greek Gods is a stroke in our home. My entire family now cherishes the brand. Everyone of my nieces and nephews and my daughter and son and sisters and parents all love the yogurt and kefir. my sisters and I all gotten sinus infections this past Thanksgiving and needed antibiotics and drank kefir everyday to help maintaining natural balance and had no problems. My son if lactose intolerant and can drink the kefir everyday and get the needed calcium. We all just love it.

I try to make a quick protein smoothie in the mornings. I am lazy and this usually entails me mixing kefir and the smoothie juices and running to my car. It works and usually saves me from caving and buying a bagel from starbucks! I typically buy another brand and strawberry flavor but thought about making a change and added this to my Fresh Cart. It is great, it tastes great and is really smooth. It makes a great smoothie and has replaced my other kefir!

Sugar content is a little bit high but it tastes so good that I don't care

Too sweet which mixed with a sour or acidic yogurt taste. Not a good mix
