Does the Trick
I got this cork ball for my Appalachian Trail hike. I quickly noted that it is a very popular fatigue relief device among hikers. It works well, it's lightweight, it's easy to use. Roll your feet over it, put it between your back and a wall, press it into your forearms or neck. It does it all. Over time it does darken as it picks up dirt and sweat from use. For the price, it's not bad. For my part, I didn't use it much because I don't have a good post-hike stretch/massage habit. I did end up sending it home as a result of this.

Multiple Uses!
I’ve been using these on the PCT and have found a few different uses for them. You can use it as a foot massager, you can tuck two into a sock and put the sock between your back and a tree and roll for neck/back massager or against the ground for leg/glute massager, and they can be used to fluff up your down gear in the dryer. Super lightweight and totally worth it!

Best massage ball
Love it best massage ball, can take it anywhere. Can take it backpacking and it doesn't add weight like others. Love the cork. For me it's the best. Will be purchasing the other sizes as well 😎👌👌👌

lightweight and sustainable magic: a hiker’s must have
After seeing a post about how these RAW cork balls helped an AT hiker’s feet on the trail feel better, I instantly purchased a pair for myself. I’ve been struggling with foot pain related to Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. After rolling my foot on these balls several times a day for a week the pain has been decreased immensely. After long hikes my feet used to be INCREDIBLY painful to walk on. It would take ice and ibuprofen and elevation to make them feel better by the next morning. The firm pressure that the raw cork balls provide gets to the pressure points that help release the tight tendons and make the recovery process so much faster. I now roll my feet for 15-20min and ice for 30 min and they feel better instantly. They are lightweight which makes them a backpacker or hiker dream. I plan on taking these with me on all my hikes and rolling my feet at least once during the hike to see if that will help prevent the end of hike pain I am now experiencing. I highly recommend them. Well worth the cost!

Be careful what size you order! Otherwise great!
Quality is nice but it was much smaller than expected. It's very hard to gage from the photo and the balls I got ended up being pretty tiny. HOWEVER I still love them, and found the smaller size is great for relieving neck tension and on the feet. Very nice firmness!

Small and light
I use these when I am long distance walking so I can massage while camping. They are light so doesn’t load my backpack unnecessarily.

Great, simple, heavier than stated.
Does exactly what any massage ball would do, good quality product and great for hiking. Dropped 1 star as it's heavier than stated, description says it weighs ~20g, actually comes in at 31.3g. Only negligible, still a great product.
