Kittywalk Systems Inc Puppywalk Green Breezy Ultra

This is the second time I have ordered this product. The reason for ordering a 2nd time from this manufacturer (Kittywalk.com) is because they are the ONLY ones I could find who carry this canvas dog bed with an awning-I couldn't locate this same product ANYWHERE else on the internet. I did search because I did NOT want to order anything from Kittywalk.com. The problem is they have very unique items for cats (kitty condos) and dogs and these items can be ordered through a middleman, but the products ALL have to be bought from Kittywalk.com. They are located on Long Island, and I'm going to report them to the BBB. This product was defective when I purchased it the first time-sent it back, then I take the chance and order it again; defective again. This time I took it upon myself to fix it. There are supposed to be washers that come with it-they failed twice to put them in the packaging, but I happen to have some washers that were the right size. Then, one of the metal posts that connect to one of the top cross bars didn't have a hole in it to connect to the cross bar. I then used my own drill and drilled a hole where it should have been, just so my dog could finally have somewhere to lounge besides the grass.I have ordered numerous products from Kittywalk.com and 5 out of six have been defective, but I was able to fix them each time. Plus, it wasn't worth sending the product back because I would not be able to get another product like the ones Kittywalk has available.

The peices didn't fit together, there were mistakes in the welding and it was very difficult to put together.
