AC Adapter Power Cord Charger for Dell Inspiron P24T P24T001 45w

The first one I received took quite a while to arrive, close to 2 weeks I think. When it did arrivedthe computer recognized it as a non-dell power supply and would not charge the battery and throttled back the already slow computer to unusable levels. What good is a power supply that won't charge a battery? However I submitted an email regarding the issues. We corresponded several times to see if we could troubleshoot the problemk. It was determined it was defective and they sent me a new one "From a different supplier". The new one did the trick and seems to be working as it should be. Nothing special about it, but I will say that the customer service was good. They made sure my problem was resolved and I was never ignored.

The power supply does exactly what it's supposed to do.
