The Tin is beautiful! Cookies delicious! The box is nicely wrapped if you want to gift these cookies. On the back of the box there is description of every cookie. The tin is sealed, There is a tab to pull to unseal the tin. On inside of the box a pamphlet with description. My tin had a small dent and some cookies were broken, I ate the broken ones. That being said it wasn't worth taking a point away for a little dent or a few broken cookies. The cookies are a delight and you and your family will enjoy them if you give them a try.

Love these bisquit's!!!! I was going to give them as a gift, but when I opened the box, the tin was dented. Sad, it would have been a nice gift.... Happy, I had to keep them and eat all of them myself!! Would so recommend these bisquit's, they are light and so delicious - not heavy or filling!!

Tin is irreparably damaged. Unable to gift or reuse the tin. It is scratched and dented in multiple dimensions. When you try to return/replace you are told this item is not eligible for return or replacement. Wasted Money

For the price there is a large quantity and variety of snacks, each individually wrapped. A great gift item as well, comes in a large reusable tin box. These are not heavy, chocolate laden western-style snacks. They are generally light, crispy, flavorful snacks that satisfy snack time cravings without sending you into sugar shock

These are the most delicious cookies!!!! Very impressive presentation, beautiful box, have 4 layers the packaging plus every cookie is individually wrapped. The chocolate cookies was melted, but it is Amazon fault, besides it's been almost 100 degrees temperature in Los Angeles. Maybe I'll order them in winter season when is cooler. Definitively, I do recommend these cookies

Great cookies. Loved them when my husband brought them back from Japan. So delicate, tasteful and not overly sweet. Price is ok. We've paid cheaper but of course that was IN Japan. Tin box arrived with major dents in two places, therefore the box wouldn't stay closed, but it did not affect the contents inside. Would definitely order again.

I ordered this as a splurge item for my Son because he liked them so much when had them last time. They just arrived (May 2022), and many of the cookies are different than the picture. Sadly it did not include his favorite cookies. Now, I am the only one that will eat them, so I feel like $55 is wasted. They are delightful and dainty. They are packaged beautifully and they make an impressive gift. But I needed a box of cookies like I needed a hole in the head, so I would have never bought these for just me to eat. I really wish the online picture had properly represented the cookies being sent.

I am a Japanese and sorry to say that I did not know this product. Because of the pandemic, haven’t visited Japan for a while, I decided to try this. Sooo glad I did! Beautiful package, delicious and quite delicate taste, beyond my expectations!
