The Best Organic
I bought the Guatemalan 5 pound bag for roasting. I have had a difficult time finding good organic green beans and have been disappointed more than once.I am near the end of the 5 pounds I purchased and roasted a lot for Christmas gifts. This is the finest organic I have ever purchased anywhere. I use a Fresh Roast coffee roaster. I'm here to purchase more. I might try the Sumatra this time.

Hint of nuts
A convenient size if you are roasting at home. I have settled on the Guatemalan since I visited the area, and I enjoy the hint of nuts when roasted. Has medium caffeine, which is still greater than any roast you can buy.NEW ADDITION -- I had to stop buying it. It slowly became non-uniform, a factor of two in the size. Uniformity is extremely important in home roasting, and it's only when I bought the Nicaraguan from another company, that I realized it.
