The lavender and sage smudge stick was excellent for bringing about peace and tranquility within my tiny abode. I've always believed that you have only to ask negative energy, in a very strong way, to leave your space whileensuring that peaceful surrender you bring about the emergence of positive energy. The smudge stick does this in spades. Each room and the space within needs enlightenment through positivity, the smudging does the trick.YEAH!!
