Absolutely love this flask - I usually microwave my soup/curry (in the Swivlit so no need for multiple heating containers) around 8am and bring it with me to work, leaving it in my bag all morning. I eat it around 12.30pm and the food is the perfect temperature to eat - no fussing around reheating at work.You can also cook from scratch in it which I’ve done with risotto, Mac & cheese and porridge (both pictured) and it works so well. Love that it’s leakproof so can easily just throw it in my bag without spillages. A big fan of the glass lining as there are no plastic or metallic tastes and it’s BPA free. Made lunch time a lot healthier and cheaper!

Great product as it can be used in the microwave! Slightly on the small side in terms of the liquid that it can hold but perfect for quick office lunches.

This is very well designed, having a dishwasher and microwave safe base as well as a steam release valve is very helpful. I use it to microwave and slow cook my porridge in the morning so I can eat breakfast when I get to work. I can then wash it up and get takeaway soup for lunch.

I bought this product following positive reviews on Instagram. I have seen people use the swivlit for slow cooking and keeping soup warm. I have followed the heating instructions carefully and have had cold soup for lunch for the last two days. My lunch break was four hours after heating my soup. The soup was cold.I am so disappointed. I really cant see why this product hasn't worked. However, the customer service from Swivlit is excellent. Email response was immediate. They are sending out a replacement. Fingers crossed I will have hot soup in the future.

This tupperware really has given me so much extra time in my day. I can just pop my pasta/ cous cous/ rice in with boiling water in the morning with a sauce and hey presto! Slow cooked food by lunchtime. It means that I don't have to spent so much time prepping food in the evenings, and I'm free to do other things. It also looks great, doesn't leak (big pro!) and is lightweight and portable.

So I add contents and microwave till soup is bubbling all the way through (8am) , screw on lid by 12 noon its slighly aired. Therefore a very very expensive flask, apart from being microwavable (except the lid so splatter on cooking occurs regularly) buy a conventional flask and save cash

You can use in the Microwave heats up lovely. But after 3 hours is was cold. So no good to us
