Omg, can't get over how much crap comes out of your feet, is a bit uncomfy when you stand up and walk first thing in the morning because of the tar like substance setting hard, as for adhesion it sticks too well and when coming to remove you get the gum outline of the patch remaining on your foot, easily removed with baby wipes if in a hurry, but still remains a bit tacky afterwards which is a bit annoying

I struggling with rating these as they are as expected however after doing more research I think these items in general are a waste of time and do not do what they claim. I did not notice any difference.

Useless!! Took forever to turn up delivery date kept being pushed back even though it was 2 day delivery!! Adhesive is useless and peels off within about a hour, does nothing as described!! Theres a black powder inside the package that when mixed with I presume sweat off feet wets the black powder in the little packet!! Avoid at all costs

Rubbish don’t waste your money, they come off. Even when taped on they have no benefit

I absolutely love the patches !!! My feet feel so great after using them.I first thought it's a "placebo"effect but after a few days I could physically feel an improvement .After a 14 hour shift my feet feel "heavy" and painful. After using the patches I feel I have a better sleep and have no pain in my feet.
