Tested On Over 400 Flights
Juat tested on over 400 flights. This is my second exact bag in exactly four years. It's the best bag ever as mine traveled over 400 flights, yes, (400) until a wheel just broke off completely on my last flight May 21, 2025.I immediately ordered a new one for tomorrow for my next flight from TPA-ORD.How's this for a great test of a piece of luggage. Should last the normal flyer a lifetime.Great pockets, zippers, wheels, and easy to spot as my "black and blue" bag.

Great Suitcase - Excellent Design and Quality
I actually own both the 2-wheel and 4-wheel models of this suitcase. Both suitcases are great with outstanding build quality and have held up well. I originally bought the 2-wheel model to replace a suitcase that lost a wheel from another major manufacturer. The 4-wheels model came into my life when an airline lost my suitcase for over a month. It was an international trip and the suitcase went to a different airline hub than me. Needless to say it never caught up to me on my trip and it took a long time for the airline to “find” it and send it back to me (I only got it back because I had a tracker tag in the bag and could tell them right where the bag was). Unfortunately, I had another long international trip two weeks later and needed a new bag, so I decided to get the 4-wheel model this time. The 4-wheels are high quality and work well, but I find the 2-wheel model a bit easier to maneuver. The only advantage to the 4-wheel model is I can put my backpack on top of the suitcase, instead of wearing on my back. So the 4-wheel model is better, if you travel with a lot of bags. I also feel like the interior dimensions of the 4-wheel model are slightly larger than the 2-wheel model, but it may just be psychologically. The 4-wheel model does stand a little taller because the wheels stick out of the bottom, however the specs say they have the same inner dimensions. Overall, both suitcases are outstanding and you can’t go wrong with either of them.

Great Carry-on that exceeds expectations
I purchased this as a replacement for a rolling duffle I had used for years. When it arrived, I was a bit concerned that it seemed small by comparison and not as flexible for stuffing extra things.Just used it for the first time on an 'around the world' trip - exclusively using overhead carryon space on 6 different airlines plus trains. No problem with any configuration. As for size, it actually holds more than the rolling duffle - and that was without the expansion area which I still haven't used.It took a while to get the hang of the spinners but now really appreciate them - especially once boarded with narrow aisles. The handle seemed like it had a bit too much movement at first, but works without problem. It is heavier than others - but unless you have issues lifting into overhead bins - its not really a factor.I especially like the front computer compartment and use the other for all my cables, converters, etc. so they are always accessible.Best part is the 'sporty' look - although the regular TravelPro series is extremely popular, I just didn't want to have the same bag as everyone else...Overall, highly recommended - I have bought another for a friend and look forward to many years of easy travel.

Excellent, lightweight, durable, sturdy!
excellent!!! Lightweight, runs easily.. we have this style for 5+years and have been traveling in lots of places. they run great, even in worst paths, the zippers are so sturdy. I like the extra handle, so I can reach and grab my suitcase easily no matter how is coming out from the baggage belt. Only reason I ordered again is I gave mine as gifts...

Travelpro is excellent quality
This is a durable and high quality carry on roller bag. It has plenty of volume for long weekend trips. I do find the two cinch clasps to be awkward and annoying. I may cut them off.

Travel 26 inch
This seems to be a sturdy piece of luggage. It fits my packing cubes well and holds a lot of clothes and shoes for a cruise. It held up very well for both my flight and cruise. I like the straps that make it more secure.

sturdy, external straps not all that bad, but a bit heavy
This review is for the Large bag. My husband and I just used this bag for a 4 week trip (it was our only checkin for the both of us). It held up very nicely. The protective coating kept it looking clean. Very well balanced even with a heavy personal item on top. Sometimes a little hard to steer, but never tipped. Zippers seem very good quality. Inside dimensions are cavernous enough, and any more would make it that much harder to be within the weight limits. Pockets are sufficient as we also use packing cubes.I like the fact that it has the external straps ... yes, they do get in the way some as others have noted, but one quickly gets used to it, as long as you have 2 hands, one to hold strap up, the other to unzip. Before using this bag, I would always insist on an external strap just in case the zippers busted (a not too uncommon occurrence). A few times TSA forgot to put that separate strap back on ($10/strap). And having the strap fall on the floor all the time when the bag was opened was a nuisance.I am considering a 2nd bag, and the Maxlite 5, 25" is enticing as it is 1.6 lbs lighter, but the clincher for this one is the external straps. If I account for an external strap which I would use on the other, then this one is only 1.3 lbs heavier, and 10% more volume, similar price. So, will probably purchase this bag a 2nd time for those trips where we need 2 checked bags.
