I have tried many of this type of lotion applicators with NO success. I am so pleased I found this item. It is excellent for my needs and I absolutely recommend it.I am unable to reach any part of my back, shoulder blades, or shoulders, therefore have not been able to apply body cream to these parts for many years. As I have very dry skin (especially after a shower) I had suffered the misery of itchy skin for what seemed like Forever until I tried this GranNaturals Lotion Applicator.I rub Coconut Oil into the smooth sponge, apply to my skin then repeat with Nivea body cream. Therefore don't have a problem with lotion or cream running off the sponge. The sponge does not absorb much of the oil or cream, spreads them well so no waste and allows me to rub them in. The sponge washes easily.The curved wooden handle helps me get to most of the middle of my back. I still have some difficulty and pain when doing this but I have difficulty and pain 24/7 anyway. This Lotion applicator helps me to manage to help myself.I must say I purchased this item expressly because I was looking for a gadget to apply body cream and not for washing myself in the shower. The smooth dense material of the ?sponge? allows me to somewhat rub in the oil and body cream. Now that I am able to moisturise my back etc I no longer suffer from dry itchy skin. What a relief!! I use a long handled brush (brand name Swissco) for legs, feet, back, and other hard to reach parts when bathing/showering as the head on this item is silky smooth and I prefer the feeling of a brush when exfoliating & cleaning my skin with water & shower gel. I am unable to apply any pressure so in my opinion this smooth sponge head is not suitable for me but might suit some others for this purpose.I appreciate the lightweight wooden handle. The whole item is lightweight so no strain on my arms or hands.I find this gadget a very useful addition to my collection of assistance tools and now have two.

It wasn't as long as I had hoped for but it seems well made it was bought to try and assist someone just out of hospital and not allowed to bend. A good solution for this problem

Swollen leg has been difficult to reach and put cream on from doctor so I purchased this non absorbent sponge and it’s fantastic gets in all the right places, best thing the cream doesn’t soak in sponge.🤩

The foam applicator was dented in a few places and the lotion didn’t come off it as easily as I thought it would

I have eczema which means can flair up anywhere along my feet to about as far up as my knees.I also have arthritis in my spine, making bending over very difficult.Consequently I cannot reach my feet to apply my anti eczema and I don't like always having to ask my long suffering wife.I bought this to solve the problem, and it did!The sponge isn't very absorbent but enough stays on to allow me to apply it where I need to.It's quite nicely made, with a pleasant to hold, wooden handle.I have previously bought a similar item, with a plastic handle. It was cheaper but broke the 2nd time I used it.This one is a little expensive but it does the job!

I recently bought a plastic version of a lotion applicator and it broke in first use. So i sent it back and bought this one instead and so glad i did.This is very well made and complete, with no loose partsThe head is easy to clean and the wooden handle is slightly curved making it easier to reach the areas of the back to apply the lotion.Good value and recommended

Really could for applying creams to your back. Curved long handle makes it easy.Seems to be good quality and you can clean brush head. However, I have only had it for a couple of days so cannot confirm longevity of product at this stage.

This works great. Apply your lotion and you're good to go. It's about 85% sturdy but you don't need that much pressure anyway. Long enough to reach anything. Rinse with soapy water every so often. It's a life saver.

Diese Eincreme-Hilfe leistet gute Hilfe wenn man mal alleine ist. Man muß dann niemanden extra bitten, das eine/r den Rücken eincremt od. eine med. Salbe aufträgt. Danach einfach wieder mit Wasser säubern und das Teil ist fertig für das nächste Mal. Ich bin begeistert. Tolle Sache . Sehr empfehlenswert.

Easy to use and reaches back and neck areas. I like the clean sponge, which after use, is washable and dries nicely. I bought one for myself and one for my sister. While we tan easily, it's important that we use sunscreen. These applicators get the job done. Highly recommended.
