My biggest concern w/ all equip. is the support and parts after purchase and use, which seems to be a big problem. Any comments?

I just bought mine a month ago and haven't had to request any assistance with support and parts. I will say however the assembly was a snap.

How wide is the seat?

It’s wide but very cheaply made. I would stay away from this bike due to its poor quality. I bought one for my 70 year old aunt and it lasted 10 days and the wheel hub assembly came apart. I sent it back for a refund. This bike is junk made in china

i am using one exercising machine (Kamachi) the belt (for breaking effect) got damaged. can i get a spare one?

If you can't find a spare part you can fix it pretty well using a sewing kit. The pad part can be fixed with a foam insert you can buy at Home Depot, just glue it on.
