Prompt service and excellent product.From a cook/chef's point of view, the best powdered milks I've known in some time. No "cooked" milk flavour or aroma and disperses/dissolves better than most, without serious clumping. A great standby for running out of liquid milk, for beverages, cereal etc.

I don't recommend.
I didn't like it. The taste is horrible, and it doesn't blend well in water. When you mix it with water, it makes some bubbles.I attached a picture showing the difference between each dry milk powder.The light milk is from this product, and the yellow powder is from another brand.
