C'est frais, mais pour ce qui est de l'effet sur les cernes, même après plusieurs semaines au quotidien, je rangerais ça dans le "perlinpinpin", très cher pour ce que c'est.

This is the same product sold for women. Rolling it on below the eyes each morning is both cooling and soothing. I find it is effective in reducing the look of eye bags.
