A young friend recommended this after I complemented her on her skin. I thought I’d give it a try, even though I’m 70. After using it for two weeks, I’ve had a few nice remarks about how ‘well’ I look ! I do feel my skin looks better, and fresher. I think I will keep using it !

I have liked the pixie glow tonic for about four years now and was curious to try their retinol version. I was worried it would break me out or that I just would not like it as much as the original glow tonic. To be fair, I have only used it for about four days but so far I really like it. I am using it on days that I am not using my retinal emulsion from the ordinary (big fan of that as well!) I do think that the retinol version of this toner leaves a bit more of a shine as well as a bit of a hydrating feeling on the surface so if you have oily skin, you might not want to use this in the morning and only at night, but if you have normal to dry skin, I think that this could be used in the morning with no problem. So far this does not seem drying at all! As long as this doesn't start to break me out or cause any adverse reactions, this will become a new staple in my skin care routine!
