The descriptions I see now are much better than the ones I saw when purchasing this item, which explains why I ended up with a frame I don't need, and have 2 panels instead of the 1 I thought I was buying. That said:The lighted area is 22 inches by 22 inches!!The panels are REALLY BRIGHT!! The sellers say equivalent to almost 500 watts incandescent ( I may have to get some "smoky" Plexiglas to dim it a bit.)The power supply has a dimmer control inputs, but no explanation/directions for their use.The panels do not come with power cords, and the power connectors are a complete mystery, so I clipped them off and substituted.

Easy to install, bright as can be, maybe too bright, if that is a valid thing to say. This replaces a 2x2 fluorescent fixture with 2 "U" bulbs. I popped the old one out of the ceiling grid, and popped the LED panel in. I almost wish for sunglasses. My only complaint: as I have found for lots of things made in China, the parts apparently change often depending on market/supplier/who knows what. The drawing in the instructions show one type of connector for the hot and neutral, and another type was what was in my fixture. No biggie, if you have even a basic knowledge of wiring.

Bought this as an Amazon Warehouse Deal, and the ONLY complaint I have is that I couldn't get more for the price I basically stole this at. Even at full price, this is a great panel.Fair warning: it takes about 3 seconds to come on after you apply power. This is not a problem, it's just a function of the AC-to-DC converter they used.

Very bright, but there were issues with wiring it up. It kept flashing on and off like a strobe. I bought a newer switch and it worked fine after that.

I wanted to use these in a video application. I like the white flood light effect but these lights had a bad flicker / strobe issue though the video camera that I did not expect. I will need to return these or research a method to eliminate flicker.

Worked well as others have said does have a 1-2 second delay but could be modified using an instant on power supply...made brackets for it to use on a regular ceiling...looks like a skylight super bright!
