Delicious Relaxing Buzzy Superfood Treat
These matcha packets are super convenient, handy, and absolutely delicious. They are very healthy for you, powerfully energizing yet make you feel mellow and sustainably relaxed. I love the taste of the tea by itself but sometimes I add stevia drops, ice, shake it up really good with a lid, and it tastes like a sweet green treat. (Probably similar to the Starbucks matcha without all the sugar and calories) I love this has zero calories and it dissolves immediately/perfectly-no clumps. This also helps me sleep very soundly at night, gives pleasant dreams-there’s so many beneficial compounds it’s amazing! Also keep in mind if you’re trying to lose weight and shed belly fat, there is nothing better in my book than matcha or green tea in general it reduces appetite and helps speed metabolism, and helps a lot with weight loss. A little tip for you if you’re not sure you’ll like it and have never tried it before: some places sell single serve packages of these. Also if you like “green” tasting stuff such as wheat grass shots, green juice etc you will definitely like this. However if you do not care for the taste of green you might not be in to this. However with sweetener it’s not so green tasting.

On the go convenience
My husband takes these to work and mixes them in with water to help stay hydrated. He likes them. They mix well and he likes the taste.

Great tasting but a bit pricey .
This is a great tasting tea. I know it is a very healthy and nutritious tea. But in order to have one of these a day I have to be willing to spend at least $60 a month for this tea. That's two dollars a pop and after it ads up I simply can't justify the expense.I mean, for crying out loud, it's a sixteen ounce cup of tea. I know people spend more at Starbucks for something less healthy but I just can't afford to have this everyday. I can use that sixty bucks for a lot of other things. In fact, I decided to use the sixty dollars and buy dark green leafy vegetables at the supermarket along with other nutritious vegetables. Actually, I only need to spend a fraction of that amount per month and I get a lot more food.I know the polyphenols are supposed to be the highest quality in Rishi green tea but I will stick to buying Kirkland brand (Costco) or Treasure Island's green tea and save quite a bit of money. An acquaintance of mine told me about this tea and how it was really good for the immune system. Due to my challenges with illness and deciding to follow the advice of a person who spoke highly of the health benefits of this tea I decided to buy it. Unfortunately, I get blood work done on a regular basis and after nine weeks there was no noticeable change/improvement to justify the expense of this product. It did nothing to improve my health and the lack of improvement in my blood work supports this. So I am no longer going to buy it. I would buy it if I could pay around $20 for a month's supply (for just one tea serving daily), but not $60. It's not worth it.The only reason I'm giving this product four stars is because it does taste very good. Especially with a few droplets of liquid Stevia extract added to the mixture.

Great for on the Go!
This stuff is great for on the go. I am a busy student that also works 30+ hours a week and being able to have matcha while on campus or at work is really awesome! One caveat, I only really enjoy this matcha cold, as it can get slightly bitter when you add hot water (and I only use 160 degrees F water). That being said, I am a bit spoiled when it comes to matcha and have had some that cost over $60 an ounce (from the same company, but their top of the line stuff). However, this is still a very good bright green matcha and I do still use it in the morning in the more traditional manner when I have ran out of my regular stuff. It just isn't my preferred method for drinking it.So while it does not replace my morning matcha ritual with a traditional chawan and bamboo whisk, on days when I have school I bring it and mix it into a water bottle (I use a nice glass one from lifefactory in a pretty turquoise color...but any bottle will do). It's simple, just add cold water to the bottle, pour the powder in, and shake! And you have some beautiful and delicious cold brewed matcha. It wasn't something I really thought I needed until I tried it and got in the habit of quite literally the most portable tea preparation method I've ever had. I now keep these in my purse at all times and love that there is zero risk of spilling. And since I already carried a water bottle with me and not even hot water is required, nothing else has really changed in my routine! Except for the fact that I have healthy pick-me-up anytime I need it.Another reason I love it: On the mornings when I am running late, it is a great way to make up for missing my regular ritual. I will just fill up my water bottle, pour it in, and run out the door. My regular chawan just doesn't quite fit in my car's cup holder. :PThey are a tab bit expensive at close to $2 a serving, but still much less expensive and much better for you than a daily Starbucks habit. And you don't even have to wait in line. Overall, I say if you love matcha or are considering giving matcha a try, this is a great product. Good quality matcha and it's easy to use.

You Get What You Pay For :(
Typically my go-to matcha is Pique Life but it's so expensive and I drink matcha every day, so I decided to try this brand as a cheaper alternative as it had good reviews. Unfortunately I was not impressed. The flavor was too earthy and the texture was very grainy and even after I mixed it extremely well (even using a battery powered mixer) it got chunky again after sitting for a while. Was very disappointed when I saw it wasn't eligible for return as now I have two boxes. Will be going to back to Pique Life because even though it's pricier, it's worth it.
