Good Product

The legs are very strong but as per legs the steps are very thin or not stable they might break down if a heavy person tries to climb. steps could have been better. rest all looks good so far.

It definitely is pretty costly but you never need to depend on the next house for a ladder ever again. It is worth every penny spent. It is a wonderful product for those who work in the painting field. And has become my best friend when it comes to the issues of walls in our home.

I love this stair, this is my daily use item. Very light weight, easy folding, we can drag it easily. I love this.If you need it, must buy.

The ladder is firm & easily handled. My husband and myself are both senior citizens and we feel safe getting on to the ladder to reach higher shelves or attic in our flat.The locking system is good, & I have climbed on to the top step a few times..But we do take care to stay around when the other person is climbing as the top step doesn't have a taller rung to hold on to..However, we are happy with the purchase 😀Reviewing again after nearly 2 years...I feel the absence of any rung to hold on while climbing to the top of the step ladder is not very ideal of the elderly as you tend to feel a bit wobbly.The compactness of the ladder however, makes it easy to keep it indoors without taking up much space.

The topmost step is supposed to lock when the ladder is opened to th fullest, but this is not happening as the slots for the lock-in mechanism is mismatched and this is unsafe as climbing up to the top step with the lock-in not in place is dangerous. I have already returned this item once and just don't have the time and energy to go through the same again. So here I am stuck with using this dangerous piece of utility item.

Sturdy and pocket friendly ladder, bought this clean the roof of my SUV and it servers well. sturdy and lightweight. I feel its is a good investment and the fit and finish is awesome.

The media could not be loaded.  The steps are flimsy. We almost fell when it cracked. Max weight we loaded was about 80kg. Maybe there should be a disclaimer that this ladder can only take people below a certain weight.The locking mechanism is also flimsy and unnecessarily complicated. It hurts the fingers when trying to lock the ladder. It snapped and the nails and sping have come see. See the orange part in the video for reference.I would strongly recommend avoiding this product unless you are okay to soend the money for a temporary period while risking a fall and hurting your fingers.
