So if you wish to save a few bucks, pick up the other ingredients while you're loading up on lemons (and, for that matter, purefied spring water). Some reviewers appear to be genuine in their testimonials about the benefits of the diet; others seem more impressed by their "heroic" accomplishment. Believe me, it's not that difficult. The morning quart of salt water is predictably off-putting, but from then on it's downhill for the rest of the day. I you value your time, and look at potential shipping costs, you will understand the value in ordering the complete kit at once.I'm thinking of going back on the Cleanse as a refresher, and now that I am no longer a Cleanse virgin, I can go to GNC or another health food store to get the items I require - but am glad that buying the kit made learning the process, and going on my first cleanse, so much easier.

This diet is very restrictive and even though it comes with a great book telling you what to expect and how to make the drink it really only tells you to drink 6-12 glasses a day, that's not very good directions. I tried to drink the salt water but ended up puking. I did try the diet on two separate occasions and neither one worked. The drink itself was way too spicy even without the pepper. It's too bad they don't sell a sample of the drink so people don't have to spend over $100 to see if they can even get it down. NO REFUNDS!!!!! Buyer beware. I'm happy it works for some but if you don't like it be prepared to eat your money. Spend your money on a good nutritionalist instead.

This cleanse is unlike any other weight loss diet or system!! It is much surprising to anyone who use it of the immediate result of weight loss, increasing in energy, sleeping soundley and having the best clearity of mind!! It is also very accurate on how much detox elimination you get out of it! it is JUST amazing...I used it the first time due to my long history of bad digestive system, and wow what a diference it made in my life!! I had no probelms with my stomach at all during and after, I was done with the 10 days cleanse =) I lost 1 pound a day and it helped me move a way from deary product easy. Even though I am not fully off my meet consumbtion but I find it so much easier to minimize easting it. Trust me if you want SINCERELY HEALTHY, TRUE, and FAST result you got it right there in THE MASTER CLEANSE DIET!!! Go for it with eyes closed but make sure you follow the easy directions to the T!! This product came with no instructions at all. I had to go online to figure out how to make the lemonade. There is no plan about when to take the teas nothing. After 6 days of lemonade I was pissed and only down one pound. Does not work at all. Master Cleanse Kit

Quality products which can all be purchased at a whole foods as noted by another reviewer but if you're lazy like me and just want it all given to you than this is a good pkg. would be even better if it included a small hand juicer for the lemons and/or container for the drinks.

This Sarter Kit helped me alot. Everything you need for the 10 days is there....beside the lemons. The laxative tea taste actually very good, witch I didn't expected at all.

For those that are going thru the master cleanse, this is the perfect start up kit. It is a little bit on the pricey side, but will include everything you need (excluding the lemons, of course) for the 10-day basic and ensure you have the right and perfect items to get you started easily and without fail. Once you get into it, you can probably buy everything seperately for a little bit cheaper, but for those that want to start off right, this kit is perfectly packaged. Love the ingredients they include.
