Great product!
I bought this dip gel kit earlier this year. I’ve been using a different “professional” brand for the last 3-4 years. It is so expensive and I could only buy it in a set with dip colors I already have. When I initially bought this, I was super nervous to try it. My old dip system had 4 different bottles of chemicals and this only had 3. After I received this, I put it away in my nail cabinet. Fast forward 5 months and my old dip system is dried up and I want nice nails for Thanksgiving on Thursday. I decided to finally open this up and try. The box has directions on it but I also looked up a video on YouTube because I’m more of a visual learner. There was a 30 second video that I watched and made me feel better. Ya’ll! I wish I would’ve pulled these out sooner. The ease of use and the quality, especially compared to my old, sticky, gross dip kit is night and day. I only have had my nails dipped overnight, but they still look so good! It says on the box that they can last up to two weeks, so I’ll give an update on how long they last before I have to change them. The old product I used only lasted about a week before it started chipping away. This seems like it may hold up. I also wanted to give a step by step for those that don’t feel the directions on the box or the super short video are helpful.Step 1 - push your cuticles, trim your nails to the length you want, and file them all smooth.Step 2 - wipe your nails and nail bed with an alcohol soaked lint free pad. Once dried, apply the base contents ensuring you avoid your cuticle and the very edge of the side of your nail.Step 3 - dip your nail into the color of your choice. Pull your finger out and “bang” your hand to remove excess powder. Let it sit for a couple seconds and then gently wipe a kabuki brush removing the remaining excess powder.Step 4 - repeat steps 2 and 3 until desired thickness is achieved working with one nail at a time (do thumb, then pointer, middle, ring, and pinky. Then start with thumb again). I typically do 4 layers.Step 5 - when you’re happy with how thick your nails look, apply step 2 activator to each nail. Let dry for a minute.Step 6 - very gently file the sides and tips of your nails removing any excess dip product. Brush excess powder off.Step 7 - apply a second coat of activator and let dry for a minute. Wash your hands off with soap and water.Step 8 - apply a coat of the step 3 gel topcoat. Let dry 5-10 minutes. Apply a second coat of gel topcoat. Let dry another 5-10 minutes. That’s it! Enjoy. 😊12/10/20 I wanted to update. I just took my dip nails off tonight and am reapplying them. This product is so good! They didn’t chip, crack, peel, nothing! So good. I highly recommend.

The best I've ever used
I have been doing my own nails with dipping powder for almost a year and have tried 3 or 4 different brands of base. When I bought this trio, I wasn't sure what to expect because the price was so reasonable. At first I thought the brush was too thin, but now I have used this base at least 3 times and the results have been the best and easiest to apply so far. I'm not sure if it is the brush or the base, but applying the base neatly can be tricky and seems much easier with this product. I also want to mention that it is common with all brands for the cap to become difficult to twist off. I apply brush softener a few times, wrap a cloth around the cap, and use pliers to twist the cap loose. Both the product and customer service are excellent - I will order from BINNAIL from now on.

Best dip set I've tried!
I'm very pleasantly surprised by this kit. I've used a few other brands and this is by far the best. The others always smelled awful, with the worst being so strong I kept it with my tools until it ran out. The other kit I ordered a few times worked okay but the activator hardened so you couldn't open the bottle. I had to replace a few times so it was not worthwhile. And this is even with a brush cleaner.Conversely, this kit has minimal smell, i didn't have any issue with the activator and don't seem to need a brush cleaner. I was able to apply a few coats with the powder to get the texture I want, then added a nude polish and top coat. The top coat is very shiny.I plan to buy this kit again and will recommend to anyone doing their nails at home. These look close to professional and will keep me keep my natural nails longer. Thanks!

Its like super glue
I honestly like this product. HOWEVER, do not get it on your fingers or any part or your skin other than the nail. It works very well, a little too well when it hits the skin. the first time I used it, i did not wipe the excess off enough and some got under my thumbnail and made my nail stick to my skin, I had to scrape the nail from the skin it was literally glued together. I used it a second time because, you know first times are not always the best. Second times a charm, except the 3rd step - top coat, the brush stuck together, stuck to the bottle like i had glued it, and parts of the brush are pulling out of the handle. I forgot to mention that non of the black handles are attached to the brushes when I first got to product. Its not that I do not like the product, I do, it does exactly what its supposed to do.... and more, a lot more. and i think the brushes are poorly made especially since I have only used it twice now and the top coat brush is not usable. I had to throw it away because it was gluing itself to the bottle. If your tight on money - sure go for it, but if youre looking to be able to use it more than twice - look for something else.

Only get a few uses out of it
The product is awesome but the bottle fuses shut after a few uses. I have tried everything to keep it from happening. I don't have this issue with other brands.
