Love this bag bought one last year and friend liked it so bought her one nice size to get everything in it .

Zip broken at first use

Really nice bag but because the big silver handle hoops have a gap in them (allowing you to take them off if not needed) so the long shoulder strap doesn't stay attached for long. When your wearing the bag across your body the hoops move round and eventually the attachment slips through the gap making the bag drop to the floor like someone cut the straps. It's not broken so you can reattach but it happens CONSTANTLY so best to attach the long strap to the bag another way. Although the bag can hold a lot the attachment can't hold the weight and breaks easily.
