So, I previously reviewed this light fixture saying it was a pain in the butt to put together, and it was. But it's beautiful, you just need to know that it takes a lot of time and trouble to put it together. But, that being said, the price was right, and if you figure you'll spend a couple hours assembling it, it's a great piece. Just be aware of that, it doesn't come even close to being assembled. It's really enhanced the look of our master bathroom (renovation isn't complete but thought I'd post this picture anyway) Interesting enough, they didn't post my previous review, which gave it a 3. Why not?

In absolute love with this fan/light. It has changed our living room so much so that we almost need nothing else to make it bright/warm place. It got shipped on time as well. Today it was our first day post installation and I am excited to write more details here.However, the seller needs to do a better job on providing a correct installation manual, the YouTube video was somewhat helpful. Since I have read many reviews with similar fans on amazon with tons of installation complaints, we decided to do the structural installation before we called handyman to do the final installation. This fan and light combo came with all needed parts but took time to put them together especially when no direct instructions were provided. It took lot of patience and about 3 hours to put this thing together. And the results were satisfying.

Love this light! But only four stars because it is so bright and we tried to put a dimmer switch on it and it won’t work I would really love it if it was dimmable because it is too bright at night when we’re watching TV. If anybody else has this issue let me know what we can do! I also got a beautiful light/fan in my bedroom and it came with the dimmer option which I love!

I love that the blades retract out of sight when not in use, and their opening length depends upon the fan speed that you select. I also like that the fan works by remote control, which we have on the nightstand. It was very easy to put together. It is also well-packaged and it was shipped quickly.Update: the seller explained that this was made so that the fan works only from the included remote control. Unfortunately, my grandson has recently (May 2019) hidden the remote somewhere. The seller was understanding, and resolved this problem for me. Much appreciated!!

The fan is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and has strong wind power.It is frustrating that I can’t choose one of the three lights settings to be the one that always comes on, you have to cycle through to get the one you want every single time. Installation was rough, there were no instructions. I did find a YouTube video that was helpful, but it was pretty straightforward anyway, just tedious. What I found frustrating was that the crystals hung a little too low because the outside perimeter needed to have been hung directly on the chain rather than the hook… I hope these pictures are helpful. The point is I had to redo the crystals a couple times which was frustrating

If you live in an older home (pre-80's build), be prepared to install a ceiling brace and check the wiring box. Installing the fan is not as easy as the product videos show. It's definitely a two day job utilizing a certified electrician. The enclosed instructions provide little guidance on hanging the bottom crystals, but the fan is gorgeous after everything is connected. The fan runs quietly and certainly adds glamour to any room. If you have the patience to assemble/install the fan properly, it's well worth the effort. I love the way this fan looks and feels in my den. It's definitely flashy and a conversation piece for sure.

THIS FAN IS GORGEOUS!!! It also functions extremely well! If you want a ceiling fan when you need it, but out of sight when you don't, and a beautiful chandelier...then this is perfect! The fan is so quiet when it's running, and really moves a lot of air! Seller is very responsive and helpful if you have questions or issues, and eager to please, which is really nice. Sadly that's often not the case to receive such great support after the purchase. I highly recommend both product and seller! Be prepared to spend a little time assembling the crystals to the fan, but it is completely worth the effort.

This fan is quite unique and definitely an eye catcher. The one thing I a actually don’t like about it is that the tone changes each time you turn the light on. I wish there was a way to ick the tone you like and keep it.

We ordered this fan and another white fan in January. One fan (white) arrived in time and the other fan (copper) arrived a couple of weeks late. When we contacted the supplier, they were very quick to respond and very polite.We have just moved to our new home in early March and have now put these fans up, one in our living room and another in our bed room. They are so neat as you don't see the blades when the fan is not on. The fans are very quiet and have 3 different levels of lighting. We love these fans and we have received many many compliments from our friends.I would recommend that these fan be put up by a handyman or electrician. The ceiling of the house should be reinforced to hold the fan.I am lucky that I have a very smart husband and he put up both fans in a few hours.
