Ball falls apart
Bought one last year from a service station - lasted all year. Bought this one, lasted 1 'play' The fur just comes straight off the ball when you take it off the velcro pad so it will last about 10 minutes.

Damaged ball
Ball was damaged on arrival, broken in bits but still together. Packaging was closed.Bought one half the price in better condition from the local store afterwards.
