Good customer service - mat not quite as expected
This mat wasn’t what I initially expected from the photos as I was expecting more of a rug than a mat. It was thinner than I had anticipated. However, the company dealt with my request very well and quickly offered me a refund.

Quality could be better
It took a while to come and was packed farely badly, leaving creases through the mat. The actual image is good but the feel of it is cheap
