A generation ago I had a series of liquid filled insoles. They aren't sold anymore, because over time they all began to leak along the ultrasonic seams. But air soles do work and these are fun. I got them to extend the life of an expensive pair of specialty cycling shoes. the metal cleats used to grab the pedals had begun to come thru the original insoles, but these fixed it.But if you don't care for odd or off the wall sensations, you'll probably be better off with a traditional foam insole.The air shifts from the bladders at toe and heal as pressure is applied. An acquired taste. I may buy a couple more pair.
