this is my second purchase of these bags, so i obviously love them, however, the additional headphone / memory stick case was not present and there is no option to contact seller so we just had to go without - son needed bag to transport laptop in to school so we couldnt return it. bit disappointing but like i said otherwise a fantastic little bag.
