Comfortable
We got this for my toddler son’s bedroom in the twin size. He’s now used it for 3 years and we recently bought the exact same mattress again for our younger child. The mattress holds up extremely well, we (the adults) sleep on it often and you cannot tell the difference between the mattress that is now 3 years old and the new one, it looks and feels like new, no saggy spots or signs of wear. We are diligent about using a mattress protector though. It is silent, and fits our kiddos bed frame perfectly which is a Montessori style low platform frame. I was worried that when we sat on the side it would squish down to the frame but it’s plenty thick. This was a great purchase, no negatives.

I Feel Great About Purchasing This Mattress
First, the mattress is very comfortable. I bought it for my granddaughter to use when she spends the night at my home. I like this brand because it seems that Tuft & Needle uses less, if any, toxic materials in their mattresses. I did a lot of research before I purchased my own mattress about four years ago; I ended up buying a Tufts & Needle mattress. I have been very pleased with it. Therefore, I went with the same brand for my granddaughter. I know I could have purchased a cheaper mattress, but I don't want her breathing toxic gases it may omit, and I don't want a bad mattress polluting the air in my home. Furniture, including mattresses, can omit many undesirable chemicals into a home. As consumers, we need to take care of our health and make our wishes known to companies and politicians. I know it is impossible to avoid everything that unhealthy, but inside my home, I certainly try to do my best! I am tired of manufacturers being allowed to use unhealthy chemicals. The government standards often allow a certain amount as if it is really known how that amount affects the wide variety of people who may use the products. Some sensitive people may react to smaller amounts than others. Furthermore, don't we all hear about carcinogenic dangers from chemicals?

Very high quality at a reasonable price.
I don't think that you can beat this Tuft and Needle mattress for the price. Very comfrortable and economical. This is the 4th T&N mattress we've bought. 3 for a vacation home and one Queen Mint for our full time home. Love them!

Soft and inconsistent
I have now bought 3 of these in the twin size for my kids’ beds over the last few years. They are all very soft but that’s fine for my toddlers. When they get older we can see if they want something firmer. But the last one I bought just a couple weeks ago doesn’t fit in the twin bed frame the first two fit in! It’s just a few inches too long. And I had to really wrestle with it to get typical twin fitted sheets to fit on it. Kind of bizarre. I wondered if I accidentally gotten the twin xl but no it’s just a too long regular twin.

Pretty good
Expanded to exactly 8 inches. Smell was gone in a day. Moderately soft for a medium firm, perhaps a touch softer than I'd want, but still pretty supportive for an inexpensive all-foam mattress. Sleeps neutral - not particularly cool, but not uncomfortably warm either. Bought it for a child's bed.

Low odor and excellent product over all.
I so appreciate the quality (organic fibers) of the mattress and REALLY like that the odor is next to nothing...... which I feel is due to the craftsmanship of the product! I bought this for a trundle bed - the length fits perfectly, the width was a bit wider than it needs to be for the trundle bed frame - but that's ok!!! An 8" high good quality mattress is hard to find, and that's what I needed for it to fit under the day bed.

Great mattress
We got two of these mattresses for our guest room twin-to-king trundle and they are great! Everyone in the family was surprised at how comfortable they were and we all wanted to sleep in the guest room that night. I wouldn't say it's the softest mattress I've ever laid on, but it is soft, and I feel great support laying on my side.
