I wanted 12 inch, it advertise 12 inches too, but sent me 14 inchesbas

BAD HAIR
EVEN FOR $20, DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY. I'm quite familiar with this band qnd it's generally soft, true to lenght, very manageable hair. On the contrary-- I ordered jet black and recieved hair that looked redish black, with and was very scratchy (rough). I bought 3 packs for all full head and regret that I ever did. It doesn't even deserve 1star
